As we all know COVID-19 implications has grounded every gathering in the world.  Everyone is at home and isolated.  The Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences has finally stopped all further planning.  A detail explanation of the full cancellation of Congress 2020 can be found at this link:

Congress and the Federation are not able to keep up with responding to emails while also refunding the thousands of delegates who require additional information.  The Federation has asked the individual Associations to answer any questions still outstanding.
